Nant Gwyllt Cottages

Possibly the remains of Nant-gwyllt Cottages, photographed on 10/08/2022. Unfortunately there are no known earlier photographs here from before construction of the dams. The cottages, numbered 1 and 2, are normally submerged under Caban Coch Reservoir. Both cottages were used during the construction of the dams for accommodation of office workers. As with all the buildings to be submerged by the waters, they were demolished.
